Shopmetrics. Shopmetrics provides world-class Mystery Shopping software. 4Service clients have full on-line access to mystery shopper reports and analytics using Shopmetrics system (USA). Shopmetrics is the top Mystery Shopping software product currently on the market; moreover, it is the only one to have been completely localized into Russian. Dozens of major Mystery Shopping providers all over the world (USA, Europe and Asia) and thousands of client companies are using Shopmetrics systems, which provides a convenient and efficient interface, allows for online analytics, and also ensures strict confidentiality.

Mystery Shopper geography. We currently employ 52.500 trained mystery shoppers in hundreds of towns all over Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Moldova and other post-Soviet countries, thus allowing us to carry out projects anywhere in this region. Continuous investment in mystery shopper recruitment provides coverage even for the most remote regions. All our mystery shoppers undergo a strict selection process and receive introductory and project-specific tuition, following which they have to complete mandatory certification programs.

Regular rotation of mystery shoppers between projects helps us to ensure fresh and unbiased views on service quality and detailed, and sometimes ‘inspired’, comments in mystery surveys. Shopper rotation also decreases the chances of individual shopper being recognized by staff members.
