4Service in Kazakhstan

On October 1st, 2009, 4Service opened its office in Kazakhstan. The new office provides service and support for both domestic and international clients.

It has taken 4Service 2 years to prepare for the launch in Kazakhstan. We currently have over 2,000 mystery shoppers in more than 37 cities in Kazakhstan.

We already have several local clients and are expecting more very soon. We expect dynamic growth of our business in Kazakhstan, taking into account its economical growth and relatively high household income, developed service industries and vast territory, which allows for the growth of retail networks.

Kazakhstan is one of the few countries to boast GDP growth during the crisis year of 2009 at the rate of 2 per cent. During the period from 2000 to 2007 country’s annual GDP growth was estimated at 8-9 per cent (World Bank, 2009).
